About Us

Yonkers Ceiba Coffee Company was established in 2022 with two main objectives: to provide better wages for coffee farmers and improve social conditions in their communities to deliver premium Guatemalan, Honduran and other specialty coffees at an affordable price.

Yonkers Ceiba Coffee beans are exceptionally unique as they are cultivated in one of the most remote, natural, and mountainous regions of Central America. 

Our beans are processed in a very high altitude setting of El Quiché region of Guatemala, and La Paz Marcala region of Honduras where they are hand-processed through a full wet washing and sundried. All of our beans are organically grown with no synthetics used in the farming.

Yonkers Ceiba Coffee is fresh roasted in small batches locally and roasted to perfection.
